Hi,

I am attempting to install Redhat 9.0 on a Sony Laptop with a Sony PCMCIA
CD Drive. The install boots, but then locks up whilst detecting devices.

If I use options and tell it "not to detect devices" it then asks for a
driver for my cdrom drive. It gives me choices, but none of these make it
happy.

It's funny becuase mandrake 9.0 loads without a problem (too bad I don't
wants mandrake!).

Cheers!

Nathan
