Hi,

I'm having trouble installing a Red Hat 9 on a Compaq Proliant server 2500
with SCSI Hard drives. When i boot, it does not recognize the RAM (although
the BIOS does). I've tried to pass an argument to the kernel : "linux
mem=524288k" but then the installation seems to launch but crashes after a
while, displaying:
EXT2_fs: unable to read superblock
cramfs: wrong magic
FAT: unable to read boot sector
isofs_read_super: bread failed, dev= 09:02, iso_blknum=16, block=32
Kernel panic:VFS: unable to mount root fs on 09:02

I've also tried the noprobe mode but with no success. Can anyone help me ?
TIA

Vincent
