Red Hat Installation - up2date doesn't start on fc 3 after mysql 4 install

up2date doesn't start on fc 3 after mysql 4 install

just updated mysql from ver 3 to 4 on my fc 3 machine, now when i run
up2date i get the following output. Any help would be appreciated.
