Apache 2.04 ........I do not visualize nothing (???)

I have installed apache 2.0 on a Server linux redhat 9. From mine
clients windows I do not visualize nothing; seems that i dont come to
the port 80. If i start (with user root or also with others users)
Konqueror on the server, i quietly visualize the pages. The httpd
daemon is on, the ports are listen, the file httpd.conf seems
OK.....Where is my error(s). Maybe is the most know and stupid
mistake.Thank you very much to all

| sounds like you may not have started the daemon under services

Tahnks for the answer , but when i was ON the server ( konqueror on this
machine ) i CAN SEE the Apache web page, not in other workstation.
Seem an USER ID problem , but i dont know ..
In etc/services the http port 80 is whitout comment ( # )
Another thing: i can see and use also webmin :-((((( but not other
