httpd Server - Fails to start

| I am a new user to Linux Redhat and have just installed Redhat V9...
I am now tring to start the httpd server, however everytime i try it
creates an error and fails to start
Any advise would be appreciated

Post the steps you're doing to start it, and a copy of the error message.
