Now that core3 is alegacy project, do the yum repositories need to be
changed? Or does the legacy project still use the old repos?

Though I cannot be positive, as I use FC4, the headers directory for FC3
at the repository I usually use is dated in January in the Fedora/core
tree, but is dated in February in the FedoraLegacy tree. I would assume
you have to change it. Checking at the Fedora Legacy site would
probably confirm that.
