Hi,

I'm currently running Windows XP but would like to overwrite that to
install Fedora Core 4. By clicking on the Disc 1 CD with the ISO file,
I am continually asked what program I want to use to open. What can I
do?

Thanks, - Dave

Shutdown your box, make sure that you have the installation CD in your
drive and boot from it. Then you can install it. You cannot install from
within the running XP session.

If the CD has an ISO file on it, you didn't burn it correctly. You must
use a CD burning program that can handle ISO images, such as Nero and
use the "burn from image" or similar function.
This will create a bootable installation CD.
