Trouble accessing http://localhost/iishelp

I have IIS 5.0 installed but when I use Internet Explorerquote:

I can see the virtual directory for IISHelp in IIS.
I'm not sure how to fix this problem. Any suggestions??

| If you've ran IIS Lockdown on your web server, then chances are IISHelp has
been removed as a virtual directory, as part of the 'protection' process.
Not sure about the 500 error though.
