I have IIS 5.0 installed but when I use Internet Explorer

I can see the virtual directory for IISHelp in IIS.

If you've ran IIS Lockdown on your web server, then chances are IISHelp has
been removed as a virtual directory, as part of the 'protection' process.
Not sure about the 500 error though.

I found the fix for my problem at http://support.microsoft.com/?id=286814
It seems there was an issue with Seagate Crystal Reports 8.0
