I had this same problem but think I have found the solution. I say think because I'll not certain until it's been stable for a few days, but it's surprisingly easy when you see it.
On the server go to control panel, then regional settings, then click the advanced tab, select English UK in the Unicode programme page, then click on to set for default users and click apply and OK. You'll probably need to reboot.

Hi Bob...

That's good information however we have no idea what it relates to. The NS
will chop up messages over time and eventually you will only see
RE:..sponses. If you do not include relevant information from the previous
in thread, none of us will have any idea how to apply this information.

Then why the site give the option to include the original text or not? If it is needed for referencing then the "Include Original" button is not needed; it should include it automatically!

I agree. I think when the site removes a message, it should remove the
whole thread, not just in part but I'm not in control. I've been caught as
you were so this was more FYI.
