Server side includes?
|

| If I am running IIS on Win2003 Server, I thought there was a place to
specify if I want to allow server side includes, but I'm not seeing it.
Am I wrong? I'm not using any FPSE on my server, and am using Dreamweaver
to build my sites.

| IIS6 installs in a locked down configuration.
You need to enable Server Side Includes in Web Service Extensions.

| What if I'm not using a web service extensions? I just have FTP my pages to
a directory and point IIS to that folder.

| If you are not using any Web Service Extensions, then things should just
work assuming you configured everything correctly.
However, your statement does not make sense to me. You were asking:

Web Service Extensions is where you enable/disable server side includes
(i.e. ability to have .htm dynamically include other content).
How you transport pages to the server is tangential to "allow server side
includes", so unless you are asking a different question, I'm really
confused about your question.
