How do I define a sub-domain (For Exp.: sub1.mydomain.com) in my Intranet?

Hello,

You add it to your DNS server so that computers can find the computer named
"sub1.mydomain.com". If you have multiple websites on the webserver, then
you can use "sub1.mydomain.com" as a host header.
