IIS Server - Web based newsreader

I do not know if this question can be answered here or if this is the proper
place to post it.

My question is how would I create a webbased news reader similiar to this
one for internal newsgroups. Is this a third party app that I can install to
provide the same webbased newsreader for internal newsgroups. I love this
interface and want to implement something like this for our internal staff.

I appreciate any feedback. I did not know if Microsoft developed this
inhouse and there are configuration documents or if they partnered with a
thirdparty webnews reader software company.

I think what you're looking for is found in NNTP - or Exchange. As far as
this newsgroup software - man I don't know
