IIS cannot start, pls help

| Default Web Site Properties shows active log format is W3C Extended log
format.
Event Viewer shows two errors:
Error ID 15005. 'Unable to bind to underlying transport for 0.0.0.0.80.
Error ID 1004. 'Cannot register URL... 'The site has been deactivated'.
what can I do .. pls help

| try 'iisreset' from command line. Also look into event log for errors. | |
