Unbelieveable that you would remove such a useful tool and make this so extremely difficult, I've been working with my web team for over three days now and we still can't get MetaACL to work with IIS 6. I'm very disappointed that MS has made such a simpl
e process to add an operator to a very difficult task in an upgrade...

This is not my call and I don't work for MS.
With MetaACL, your 'operator' will manipulate via ADSI interface not the GUI
IIS MMC.
