Does anyone out there know where I can get some info on
setting up IIS in a clustered environment?

Read this KB article :

How to Configure Clustered IIS Virtual Servers on Windows 2000
Advanced Server
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=248025

NOTE: Although it is technically possible to set up IIS by using
Clustering service, Microsoft does not recommend that you install IIS
on Microsoft Cluster server. The recommended method to provide
high-availability with IIS is to use Network Load Balancing.
