MN700 Can't access management

| Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone else is expirencing this.
Everything works fine for a few days then I can no longer log onto 192.168.2.1 for management.
Using the broadband Network Utility to access management tool just gives me a blank page.
I've updated all of everything. I've tried uplugging everything plugging it back in etc... all the normal stuff
you usually do to no avail.
I'm running Windows XP (for anyone who cares)
the only resolution I've found is hitting the reset button.
AnyHelp would be appreciated thanks,
Mike

| I doubt that your router is using IIS.
Please look in the manual for your router, and/or contact the router vendor.

Not with IIS. But the networking group might have someone who could
help...

| When you cannot access 192.168.2.1 for management, make sure that from the
client PC that you can:
1. PING 192.168.2.1
2. PING some IP on the Internet that responds to PING
If you can do 1 but not 2, then something on your WAN is busted -- either
the ISP is having problems, or DNS servers changed, or DHCP on the WAN side
failed -- you'll have to use your own network troubleshooting skills to
figure it out
If you can do 2 but not 1, then you are probably not wirelessly connected to
your MN700 but to someone else's.
If you cannot do both 1 and 2, your client PC does not have network
connectivity to the router, so by-design, you can't manage it. The times
that I've seen this, I've either done:
1. connect client PC via physical ethernet cable to MN700, and connection is
restored
2. if wireless, then I go into client PC and tell it to refresh the network
link.
3. sometimes, I lose connection when the MN700's DHCP server sends me a new
lease -- I choose to make the lease last a lot longer so the likelihood is
less frequent.
I have not had to hit the Reset button on my unit -- I have saved settings
of a known-good-state, and I just restore that back onto the router whenever
needed over the physical ethernet cable connection.
