IIS Server - Error 14 starting IIS Admin

Error 14 starting IIS Admin

Hello:

I have an "error 14" when I try to start IIS Admin service or WWW service
Does anyone know what could be the problem.
I have win 2000 server with IIS 5.0 Service Pack 4 (and security patches up to date)

Is that all it says? Any other text with that? Any errors in the system
event log?
