| Where can I get metaedit for IIS6. I read that the version for previous
version of IIS (5 and below) are not compatible with IIS6.

The IIS6 metabase is an XML file, even Notepad can read it.

The metabase is an xml file, and can be edited with any text editor. Please
see:
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/.../iisRG_MET.mspx
For more information about the metabase.
Or possible, Metabase Explorer is what you are looking for. You can find it
in the IIS 6.0 Resource Kit:
