Author IIS 6 lost the session

I have an ASP site running under IIS6.
Session timeout is set to 20 minutes but it persist for few second only.
Instead it works fine in IIS 5 isolation mode.

I have the same problem.
ASP that works fine in IIS5 now session time out in IIS6....
