Hi all, is it possible to configure the iis 6.0 anonymous user account to be
a domain account? If yes, what permissions/settings do I need to set?

Yuck. You may run into similar issues as:

Anonymous and Basic Authentication Fail When You Connect to IIS 5.0 on
a Domain Controller:
