| Ok. for those of you that maybe following this thread or just looking for
answers in the future:
Turns out that it was in the server extension configuration under smtp
server. Prevously I had the FQDN listed as the smtp servername, then I
tried the IP address, that didn't work either...so just on a whim I used the
sever machine name without the domain, since the IIS server rides on the
same server as the Exchange server. This worked!!! Taking me to the
confirmation page and sending the e-mail fields correctly.
Just as a side note...there is not nearly enough information posted on the
web to instruct someone on how to create a webform in html, in either
FrontPage or MS Publisher, upload it to an IIS server (either SBS or
Server2000), and configure the Frontpage Extensions correctly. It would be
great if someone would put the process together in a step by step format
that works including screenshots and permission settings.
