Author new forms wont post results to email

Running Windows Server 2003 with IIS 6.0. I'm trying to create a new form
inside an .htm page that will submit the results to an email address. We
have an Exchange Server 2003 that handles our email, and the address it is to
be sent to as an internal address. We've created several forms like this in
the past, and they worked fine. In fact, all of the old forms are still
working fine. However, any new forms I create, or if I modify any of the old
forms in anyway, they will no longer post the form results to an email.

On the Internet Explorer page, it appears as though everything works fine.
There is no error message, and the submit confirmation page comes up stating
the form has been submited. Yet nothing shows up in email.

I changed the results to post to a .csv file on the web server, and that
works fine. It is only form submittion to an email with a new or modified
form that won't work.

I've recalculated my website as well as removed and reinstalled server
extensions (including a full metadatabase uninstall) with no change. I even
manually deleted every folder in the site that had to do with the extensions
and had FrontPage recreate totally fresh copies, and the forms still won't
work.

I've double checked the SMTP server and email settings for the site and they
are fine. They are same settings that the old forms that are still working
are using so they couldn't be the problem anyway. Any ideas?
