can't display web site properties page

Hi,

I am using Win XP Professional, when I right click Default Web Site in IIS
and select properties page, nothing is displayed, same situation applies to
all the directories under the web site. However, properties page of Web
Sites folder (one level up of Default Web Site) is ok. I tried to re-install
IIS but the situation is the same, can anyone help?
