The value of the counter Activate Server Pay \ Req x Sec in
PerformanceMonitor does not equal with the shown in the query WMI
ASP_ActiveServerPages_RequestsPerSec. Someone can tell me because they give
totally different. This it is repeated in all Windows 2003
