Author Why 3D in the text/html from IIS SMTP server?

Hi;

The email from the IIS SMTP server in the Badmail folder puts a 3D before
each attribute like this:
<table width=3D'590' style=3D'border-collapse: collapse;
padding-left:5.4pt;padding-right:5.4pt;'><tr>

Any idea why? (I don't know if this is in the mail sent also.)

Hi Dave,

As it seems that you're working with the SMTP specifically, I think you
will be able to receive the best support in the SMTP Newsgroup. Please
open a new post in the microsoft.public.inetserver.iis.smtp_nntp newsgroup
to continue working on resolving this issue.

I recommend posting to this newsgroup so you received the most qualified
Support Professional assigned to this issue, as well as have access to
other partners who read the newsgroups regularly who can either share their
knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best Regards,

Yuan Ren [MSFT]
