SAV service troubling to clear queues in SMTP in exhcange 2k

Hi all,

I have a serious problem with my exchange server SMTP Queues. When
SAV(Symantec AntiVirus) service is on the queues in SMTP are not
getting cleared. If i stop the SAV service, then withing few min the
queues are getting cleared.

Suggestions & solutions on this are highly appreciated.
