IIS 6 problems passing input to .SHTML

Running IIS 6

The SHTML runs fine, it's passing the input to the scripts exec'ing inside
of it that is the problem.

For instance: http://www.someguyssite.com/file.sh...tent=index.html

Doesn't even pass off the URL input after the ? like it should. I've done
this succesfully on Apache and IIS 4

http://www.someguyssite.com/file.sh...tent=index.html

ends up running like http://www.someguyssite.com/file.shtml ...I need it to
pass off the arguments to the exec'ing scripts inside like it should.
