IIS 5 Mime Problem (files won't download)

Alright, I've got some rdp files that users should be able to download when
they click on a link. The problem is, instead of the download dialog
showing, the content of the rdp file is shown in the browser. In IIS I set
the mime type for .rdp files to be application/octet-stream. After various
IIS restarts and clearing of IE cache I still get this same problem. I've
tried it on two different servers, one IIS 5.0 and one IIS 5.1. 5.0 is on
Win2k and 5.1 is on XP Pro. Thanks in advance.
