can we upgrade IIS 5.x to IIS 6.0 in Windows 2000 Pro?

| Can we upgrade IIS 5.x to IIS 6.0 in Windows 2000 Professional machine? I
did some research in MS site and found out IIS 6.0 can only run in Windows
Server 2003. Is that correct?

px, I couldn't see it explictly mention IIS 6 only runs on Win 2003. In the
meantime, I couldn't find the information on IIS 5.0 to IIS 6.0 upgrade in
Win 2000 machine.
Any references? Please advise. thanks!!
