I created a new site in IIS...with all the default settings (which is
how I usually do it)

It throws a 404 error on ASP pages (although the logs show the pages
are accessed.) And it displays HTML fine.

Another application has been installed in IIS (InterAction) and I'm
thinking this has done something to the Default Application possibly.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Andy

Is this IIS 5 or IIS 6? If it's IIS 6.0, make sure you have ASP set to
allowed in the web server extensions. Do you have URLScan installed?
You can check the ISAPI tab for the master properties or if the IIS Log has
<rejected by URLScan> in the request.

Thank you,
