| How can I create a "virtual host" in IIS ? (as in Apache webserver)

| Open IIS Manager, right click the "Web Sites" folder and point to New->Web
Site. Follow the wizard.

I hope this is what a virtual host is in Apache. I am not familiar with
Apache's terminology.
