IIS Server - IIS migration tool error msg

IIS migration tool error msg

I am trying to migrate a IIS4 site to IIS6. The tool is running from the IIS6
server and i am getting a "RPC Server not available" error msg. I have
verified that IPC is working. What other "things" can i verify for this to
work?

Did you specify a username and password in the syntax?
