IIS not working in W2k SP4

| suddenly IIS manager is not working, when clicked nothing appears like
default web site etc....so I uninstalled IIS ...thenr einstalled IIS and
then applied SP4 patch again....still IIS does not work...any clues....

| Open your event log under Control Panel - Administrative tools and see if
you can see anything related to IIS and post your results.
