I have a server side ASP page that accesses a variety of network
resources (SQL servers, Active Directory, Exchange Information Stores)
and I have a need to run IIS as a specific user account but it will
only start with the Local System account.

If I use any other account I get the Error: 5010 Object Already Exists.

I developed this app on an XP machine where it worked fine and am
trying to port it over to Windows 2003.
