Author Passive mode in IIS 5.0 FTP ?

I have set up a ftp server on my LAN. It works fine in the LAN.
Clients from the internet are having trouble connecting to it.
So I'm pretty sure the FTP server is using Active-mode.
Is there any way to set it as passive-mode so I can forward the passive ports into my router's IP-Forwarding?
It's on a IIS 5.0, Windows 2000 Professional.

IIS FTP supports both modes depending on the clients commands

Clients from the internet get this error
Response: 500 Invalid PORT Command.
What does it mean? What's wrong?

Yes.

Data Type: REG_SZ
Value: xxxx-yyyy
E.g. to set a range from 5500 to 6000 - "5500-6000".
