Access denied, FTP

| Hi
I have got this problem and its really doing my head in. Im using WSFTP
and i can connect fine to my webserver as i can see all the folders etc.
But when i copy a file accross i get 550 Access Denied message. Please
tell me what im doing wrong?

You don't have permission to PUT files to the FTP server. Either you
haven't granted the write FTP permission or you have insufficient NTFS
permissions on the underlying physical folder.
Err Msg: "550 <Filename>: Access Is Denied" When Attempting FTP PUT
