iis 4 ftp hangs with error "150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for /bin/ls.&q

Hi,

I just installed Option Pack with IIS FTP component(no other component) on NT4 sp6a, however whenever I do ftp in from command line and do dir, ls, put, get or whatever command, it will just show the following message and hangs there.

ftp> dir
200 PORT command successful.
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for /bin/ls.

Does anyone has any idea? Should I reapply sp6a, or should I install other component from option pack as well, My NT is a PDC. Dont have the problem before.
