IIS and ISA causing DNS Error

| Hi
I set up a webserver in my home office with a view to installing it in
someones small business office. Everything went fine, all web publishing
worked. My local IP range is 192.168 and the remote site is 10.0. When I
installed the server on Friday on the 10.0 range, I find that I can no
longer see any web sites on my web server. I made sure that the DNS Server
of my domain host was correct and the domain is resolving to the correct IP.
Is there anything I need to change to get this to work?
I am getting Cannot find server or DNS Error, yet tracert is correct. Any
help would be great.

| Not ftp related, I would suggest you post this to ISA group.
