IIS 6 crashes when I try to add permissions

Please help!

I am running IIS 6 and an having a difficult time with it thus far. While I have figured out all the security issues, I struggle with the FTP setup.

When I was running on IIS 5 with FTP, everything was glorious. I had virtual directories galore. Now, when I try to add a virtual directory, it doesn't go where it's supposed to go when I log in via FTP.

My biggest problem now is, when I try to add users under "permission", the whole IIS locks up on me! Has this happened to anybody else? This is a major issue as only one person has rights and I need 3 people!
