W2K3 w/updates and patches
IIS 6.0

Goal: To enable the ability for users who logon to the
FTP site to have a time limit either as a whole or per
user.

I've been looking through the IIS component and am unable
to locate this option. Does it exist? If so, where?

With AD, you can try the 'logon hours' to control login time.

if standalone server, I'm afraid you don't have such option.
