| For 5, I think you can edit IIS Master properties and control from there,
but I'm not sure how well this will work. and for IIS6, no bandwidth
throttling. you might want to search if there's 3rd party tools or devices
to control in network level.

| In IIS 5 the Master Properties are only for WWW I believe.... I'll look
