Add multiple users with thier own FTP Directory

| Window Server 2003 Web Edition newbie Here
Just got my first dedicated server installed. It runs Windows Server 2003 Web Edition
I need to add about 300 users that each have RWD access only to thier own directory that would be \faculty\firstname.lastname
Does anyone know how I can automate this or do it efficiently? Or any artiles to point me towards?
Also once done, what is the best way to back up permmsions incase I need to create one day

| What you want to do, in IIS lingo, is called Isolating FTP Users.
There's information on how to set up an FTP site that isolates users in the
IIS product docs:
