| I have it all setup, how do i allow access for other
people to get the files off of me. What would the have to
put into the address bar to access my FTP folder? I have
it setup so they can log on with passwords.
Thanks for any help.

Matt,
Assuming you are not using any sort of DNS or NAT then all they would
need to know is the IP address of your server and a valid user ID and
password.
You say you have it all setup. Have you tested it ? Is it working ?
Can they log in ? Can they download files from your server ?

site and i try to change the pass, it stays the same. Is
there anyway i can just disable the pass?
Whenever i try to go onto my ip it always bring up a logon
screen and i put in the pass the i supplied in the setting
and it doesnt work.

The account used by the IIS FTP service to allow anonymous access is
the IUSR_SERVERNAME account.
If you've allowed anonymous access to your FTP server, then you can
enter any username and password combination.
However, it sounds like you've messed up your IUSR_ account settings,
so you're probably going to have to undo the mess you've made of it.
Start by going Start, Programs, Admin Tools, Computer Management and
then Local Users and Groups, Users. Right-click your IUSR_ account and
re-set the password. Then go into IIS Manager and set the password for
the IUSR_ account on both your Web and FTP sites (the IUSR_ account is
used by both services to allow anonymous access)
The try connecting to your FTP server and just enter abc123 for your
username and then anon@anon.com for the password. It should let you
in.

For what ? For use as FTP login accounts ? Just create ordinary
Windows user accounts.
I'd suggest you start reading here before you go any further :

URL may have wrapped.

Best way is to give them an account and password, if you alloow
anonymous download make sure you don't allow anonymous upload or at
least use NTFS permissions to lock the upload folder.

ftp://{IP_Address}

Best method. No anonymous access lessens the potential for abuse and
damage.
