Good question - I was asking the same thing. As far as I can tell, this is
accomplished by using the user's directory in ftproot as the web site home
directory. So you have a user named boyjojo, a directory in ftproot named
boyjojo, a ftp site named boyjojo, and a web site named boyjojo. the
directory in ftproot is the home directory for both the www site and the ftp
site. I had some difficulty trying to set this up in user isolation mode,
but this is a sandbox so Ijust created the ftp sites allowing anon access
