| My setup:
I have a standalone computer with Server 2003
FTP is setup for User Isolation
Runs through standard port
No Active Directory
No Annoymous Login
It's on my DMZ with a public IP
It's been up for less than a year w/no problems except the occasional patch
My problem:
I have client that we started exchanging files with yesterday. They use
Macs :0( I'm still waiting on what version OS and IE they are using. From
the screen shots I saw, they're using an early OS X or late 9. My server
kicks them off after 5 seconds. If they use an FTP client they get the same
result.
I checked the eventlogs and saw nothing unusual. I've ruled out file naming
and folder conventions. I had another friend with a Mac try it and they had
great success on OS X.3.1. I've checked Apples website for any known issue
but was unable to find any. I'm assuming there is a problem with their
firewall or router but can anyone think of anything I should look into on my
end or have them look into on their end?
Thanks,
