Disable redirection to folder

We have a Windows 2000 server with IIS 5.

When a user logs he will automaticaly be redirected to the folder with
the same name as his username. We don't want that. Can it be disabled?

I don't think you can disable it, try not using the same name.
or have a virtual directory and redirect to somewhere else.
