IIS FTP Server - Active Directory Isolation

Hello,

Am I missing something? I have created an FTP site using AD Isolation, but
cant find where to set the FTPRoot and FTPDir properties. I am assuming it
will be in the properties for the user in AD Users and Computers?

Set it via iisftp.vbs script - refer

Where do you run this script from the AD server or the IIS server.
