I have a remote user (Third Party Company) who have ftp access to a server
which hosts an application, however they can connect and have full access to
the directory in which the app sits. Permissions are propogated correctly.
However they are compaining that they cannot copy files and directories from
one place to another once they are logged in to the ftp site? I can't
explain it, have I missed a permission somewhere? They are using IE
sometimes to try and do this, I have rarely used IE for FTP - is the problem
IE related?

Would be grateful for any assistance.

The machine is W2k3 IIS6

Cheers
