IIS Server Security - internet ad's and a trojan

ooops.... i have been on the internet on my works computer
and think i picked up a trojan (found by norton). Norton
couldnt quarentine the virus and i had to delete
manually. but...... ever since i get bombarded by adverts
for nokia & free stuff & smileys & loads of crap! this is
becoming a bit of my problem when i have my boss looking
over my should at various (work related) internet sites.
can someone help my locate these ad's, as i assume they
are embedded on my computer somewhere.
