I have set up secure web site using ssl using microsoft
ca certificate.

Trying to test on actual server.
the web site is at address http://compucorp.dynalias.com
and i have setup a new zone on the dns server on this
machine to point to the ip address.

If set web site non secure then every thing ok.

However if set to a secure site and type
https://compucorp.dynalais.com or https://localhost or
https://127.0.0.1 get cannot find server or dns error.

However if type https://ts_ccupt (WINS name of server)then
works fine, note not dns name namely ts_ccupnt.ccup.local

Thanks in anticipation

Maybe:

Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings ->
Uncheck everything.
